Program

The aim of the program was an appreciation and retrospective of the artworks in the context of Indonesian fine art history of Mochtar Apin, one of the Indonesia’s wll known painting. “Provocative Bodies” (issued in English edition), was a book written by Jim Supangkat for years which showed the art of Apin and particularly his images of females nudes. The launching program included a discussion lead by I Bambang Sugiharto and Gadis Arivia as guest speaker.
